Calgary Wild Water Polo Club Volunteer Requirements Agreement

Not applicable for two-week trial participants or athletes joining ONLY for May/June

As a parent/guardian of an athlete of the Calgary Wild Water Polo Club, I understand and accept the following volunteer commitments.

1.  Each Wild family must commit to working at 1-2 BINGO’s (TBD) and one CASINO (deposit $500) will be collected at registration to ensure volunteer commitments are being filled. Communication and signup sheets will be emailed to Wild Families for the 2026-2027 once we enter the new season.

2. Wild families are also expected to volunteer at all events their athletes are participating in, including Provincial League, YYC League, tournaments, and Pups Fest. If you have an athlete participating, your athlete must be represented in at least one volunteer shift at that event.

3.  Other Volunteer opportunities to consider for maintaining and sustaining the club include serving on the executive board and committee, as team managers, parent chaperones, event planning and more.   Please reach out to  if you’d like to help us this season with any volunteer opportunities.
