About

The Calgary Wild Water Polo club is a community water polo club that provides training for children aged 6‐18. Our mission is to develop athletes through community and competitive water polo programming, swim training and skills, and the teaching of fair and sportsmanlike conduct.

The Calgary Wild Water Polo Club trains out of the aquatic facilities at the MNP Sport & Community Centre. The club is affiliated with the Alberta Water Polo Association (AWPA) and Water Polo Canada (WPC).

The Calgary Wild Water Polo Club is a not‐for‐profit club that operates under the Societies Act of Alberta. As such, the foundation of our club is based on parent volunteering and fundraising.

The Calgary Wild strives to provide the best water polo coaching and training in the city. Our programming is very much focused on high participation and the introduction of water polo for all skill levels.

Wild Water Polo strives to help each player to:

  • reach his or her athletic potential
  • participate in the most dynamic, demanding sport
  • share in the team spirit
  • most importantly, have fun.

Wild Water Polo is affiliated with Alberta Water Polo Association and Water Polo Canada and it takes part in community and provincial events, competitions, and tournaments.
